MEAL OF THE MONTH
Guacamol-E
For a serving size of 500 grams
Named after our daughter, Guacamole Queen and Nacho enthusiast, Elizabeth or "E"
2 x creamiest avocados in existence (sold only at Jubilee)
Carefully cut open the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop contents into a mixing bowl
1 x perfectly juicy Jubilee lime
Squeeze gently into bowl, covering the avocados
1 x tomato so delicious you will be tempted to eat it on its' own
Chop into 1 cm x 1 cm piece and add to bowl
1 tsp of your favourite hot sauce
Ours is Cholula, but you can use as little or as much of whichever you prefer
1 tsp of salt
add more or less for desired taste
Carefully mix all of the ingredients together. The desired consistency is creamy and spreadable, but we still want small chunks of avocado in there to give it that "homemade" feel.
